We are currently looking for a Resident Care Aide to provide 1:1 support and companionship to a resident at a long-term care facility in Millbrook, ON.
Qualifications & Requirements

- PSW Certificate (preferred) / Must have experience in working as an RCA/PSA with dementia/ residents with behaviors.
- GPA trained
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) – required
- Valid 2-Step TB Skin Test or Chest X-ray
- Valid N95 Mask Fit Test
- MMR report/immunization record

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an outgoing, compassionate, and caring PSA/RCA who enjoys engaging with residents and providing companionship. The ideal candidate should be patient, friendly, and comfortable building a positive connection with the resident.
PSA/RCA 1:1 Responsibilities

- Provide emotional support and companionship to the assigned resident.
- Assist with daily activities such as grooming, mobility,



and meal support.
- Engage the resident in meaningful conversation and recreational activities.
- Monitor and report any changes in the resident’s condition or mood to the care team.
- Ensure the resident feels secure, respected, and valued at all times.

Shifts Available

- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

(Multiple shifts available; immediate availability strongly preferred.)
