Part-Time & Full time Opportunities for DURHAM, OSHAWA, PICKERING and AJAX!

We are currently looking for experienced, passionate, and dedicated Head Volleyball Coaches to join our growing coaching team. Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

We are specifically seeking individuals with a strong volleyball background, significant coaching and/or playing experience, and the ability to lead and develop athletes and teams.

Available Opportunities

Part-Time Head Coach Positions
Starting from $22–$35/hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and coaching background.

Full-Time Head Coach Positions
Starting at approximately $35,000/year, with opportunities for skilled growth and increased responsibilities.

Head Coach Requirements

Applicants for Head Coach positions must:

- Be a college or university graduate
- Have significant volleyball experience, whether through coaching, competitive playing, or a combination of both
- Have previous experience coaching and developing volleyball athletes




- Demonstrate strong knowledge of volleyball fundamentals, training, team development, and game strategy
- Be capable of leading practices, managing athletes, and providing direction to assistant coaches
- Be reliable, professional, organized, and committed to athlete and team development
- Possess strong leadership and communication skills
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a professional and supportive training environment
