Maple Leaf Homes is seeking two dependable and experienced Production Roofers to join our team. This is a hands-on position involving the construction and installation of roofing components for modular homes within a production environment.

The successful candidates will have previous roofing or residential construction experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Construct and assemble roof systems according to specifications
- Install roofing materials, sheathing, underlayment, shingles, and related components
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow established production schedules and work procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company health and safety requirements
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous roofing or residential construction experience is preferred
- Experience working with hand and power tools
- Ability to read measurements and follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding work
- Ability to lift and handle construction materials
- Strong attention to quality and detail
- Dependable, punctual,



and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to following workplace safety procedures
