About the role

Advantage Group Real Estate is a Toronto-based team powered by Royal LePage Signature Realty. We built the team around one idea: good agents should spend their time selling, not drowning in everything else the job piles on top. We run the marketing, the systems, and the back end. You run clients and deals.

The market got harder and more complex over the last couple of years. That's good news for agents who actually know what they're doing and have a real team behind them. This is a role for someone building a career in real estate, not dabbling in one.

We're hiring both recent agents we can train from the ground up and experienced agents who are tired of being their own admin, marketer, and coach.

What you'll do

- Guide buyers, sellers, and renters through the whole transaction, from the first conversation to closing day.
- Run showings, open houses, and tours that actually move listings.
- Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms that land the best outcome for your client, not the fastest commission for you.
- Put our marketing system to work on every listing, across digital, social, and the channels that convert.
- Keep clean records of clients, listings, and paperwork. Sloppy files cost deals.
- Answer clients fast and straight. No ghosting, no runaround.
- Work with lenders, inspectors, lawyers, and our internal team to keep deals moving.

What we're looking for

- Extreme accountability. You own your outcomes. When something goes sideways,



you're already fixing it before anyone has to ask.
- Coachable. We run proven systems and we'll teach them to you. There's no room for ego about "my way."
- A real work ethic. This job rewards the people who do the unglamorous work consistently, not the ones chasing the highlight reel.
- Straight communication. You tell clients the truth, even when it isn't what they want to hear. We don't sugarcoat, and neither should you.
- Genuine care for the client over the quick win. We want people who want their clients to win.
- Organized under pressure. You can juggle multiple clients and listings without dropping the ball.
- Licensed with RECO, or actively working toward your Ontario real estate registration. New and experienced agents both welcome.
- Sales, marketing, or client-facing experience helps. A second language is a real asset in a city this diverse.

Compensation

This is a commission only role. The work you put in directly reflects your pay. You can earn as little as or as much as you like.
