Overview

We are seeking reliable and experienced sloped roofing installers and a lead Hand to join our team. We’re hiring an experienced slope roofing lead hand as-well as experienced roofers to lead our crew, ensure high-quality installations, maintain safety standards, and represent our company professionally with customers.

Duties

- Lead and mentor roofing crew members in proper installation practices
- Ensure materials are installed using correct adhesives, fasteners, and fastening patterns
- Provide skilled customer service while representing Elevated Roofing & Gutters
- Oversee jobsite safety, housekeeping, and overall quality control
- Manage slope roof installations from start to finish
- Follow Elevated Roofing & Gutters installation standards and procedures
- Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years roofing experience for lead hand role (slope roofing preferred)
- Proven crew leadership experience




- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence (required)
- Strong understanding of roofing safety protocols
- Willingness to learn and install roofing systems according to Elevated Roofing & Gutters' quality standards
- Construction experience with an emphasis on sloped roofing systems is required (asphalt shingles & metal)

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
