Vadapav Mirchi by Geeta is looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented team member to join our kitchen team.

Pay: Based on experience

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook items at the Appy Station according to Vadapav Mirchi recipes and standards.
- Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and on time.
- Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Prepare and organize takeout and delivery orders.
- Carefully check every order against the POS/order ticket before handing it to the customer or delivery driver.
- Pack food properly to prevent spills, damage, or missing items.
- Ensure the correct sauces, chutneys, cutlery, napkins, and other required items are included.
- Label and organize orders clearly.
- Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house team regarding order requirements and delays.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Appy Station and packaging area.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Restock packaging materials and station supplies when required.
- Assist other kitchen areas during busy periods as directed by the manager.




- Help maintain a clean and efficient kitchen throughout the shift.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is an asset.
- Experience with takeout, delivery, or food packaging is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Ability to multitask during busy service periods.
- Willingness to learn Vadapav Mirchi's recipes, procedures, and standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a busy kitchen environment.
