Responsibilities
- Provide professional skincare treatments, including facials using Vivier products, body waxing, relaxation massage, microneedling and laser treatments would be a bonus to meet individual client needs.
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product demos to educate guests on skincare routines and product benefits. 20% commission on skincare sales.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all treatment areas, adhering strictly to health regulations.
- Offer exceptional guest services by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
- Assist with retail sales by upselling products and services that complement clients’ beauty goals.
- Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling inquiries efficiently.
- Support team efforts through effective communication skills and teamwork to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or similar role with a strong foundation in skincare treatments.
- Knowledge of body waxing, skin health, facials, microneedling, laser treatments is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a warm, professional manner.
- Strong communication skills for explaining treatments clearly and confidently.
- Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times.
- Ability to promote retail products through effective upselling techniques.
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services environments is a plus.
