Nous agrandissons notre équipe et sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Expert(e) en sinistres immobiliers bilingue pour soutenir les activités de réclamations dans les régions du Québec où nous sommes présents. Nous invitons les candidats résidant dans l’une des régions suivantes à postuler : la Gaspésie, le Bas-Saint-Laurent, la Côte-Nord, le Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, l’Abitibi-Témiscamingue et Chaudière-Appalaches.

Dans ce rôle unique, vous soutiendrez principalement notre équipe de gestion des sinistres immobiliers à distance, tout en ayant l’occasion d’intervenir occasionnellement sur le terrain afin de répondre aux besoins de nos assurés dans certaines communautés régionales. Cette combinaison offre une expérience de travail diversifiée et enrichissante, permettant d’avoir un impact concret auprès des clients tout en développant une solide expertise en règlement de sinistres.

En tant que professionnel de confiance en sinistres, vous jouerez un rôle clé pour aider les clients dans des situations difficiles en enquêtant, évaluant, négociant et réglant les demandes de sinistres immobiliers par téléphone et par écrit. Vous aurez le pouvoir de prendre des décisions dans le cadre de votre autorité déléguée tout en collaborant étroitement avec les clients, les experts sur le terrain et les partenaires juridiques afin d’assurer un règlement des sinistres juste, efficace et axé sur le client.

We are growing our team and are seeking a Bilingual Property Claims Adjuster to support claims operations across the regions we serve in Quebec. We welcome applications from candidates residing in Gaspésie, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, Abitibi-Témiscamingue,

In this unique role, you will primarily support our property claims team remotely while also having the opportunity to occasionally assist with field operations to meet the needs of policyholders in regional communities. This combination offers a diverse and rewarding claims experience, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on customers while further developing your expertise in property claims adjusting.

As a trusted claims professional, you will play a key role in helping customers through challenging situations by investigating, evaluating, negotiating, and settling property claims over the phone and in writing. You will be empowered to make decisions within your delegated authority while working closely with customers, field adjusters, and legal partners to ensure fair, efficient, and customer-focused claim resolutions.

This role requires frequent interaction in English, including the regular review and preparation of documents in English.

- Evaluates coverage, liability and quantum.

- Negotiates, settles, finalizes claims.





- Accurate recording, reporting and presentation of files.

- Maintenance of accurate billing, and time and expense records.

- Work with manager to maintain client relations.

- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience fonctionnelle dans un environnement d'assurance ou de gestion des risques, de préférence avec des réclamations de biens.
- Permis AMF commercial et personnel.
- Bilingue, français et anglais.
- Formation postsecondaire dans un domaine lié à l'assurance est un atout.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
- Solides capacités d'analyse et en mathématiques.
- Capable de gérer plusieurs priorités.

- Minimum 2 years functional experience in an insurance or risk management environment, preferably with property claims.
- Commercial and Personal AMF license.
- Bilingual, French and English
- Post-secondary education in an insurance related field is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and mathematical ability.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
