We are seeking an experienced Field Marketer to support business development efforts for our staffing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting client sites, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the manufacturing, warehousing, and skilled trades sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person visits to prospective client locations across the GTA
- Generate recent leads and identify staffing opportunities
- Promote company services and build client relationships
- Coordinate with internal recruitment team to fulfill client requirements
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
- Support ongoing client retention and account growth

Requirements:

- Previous experience working with a staffing/recruitment agency (mandatory)
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of local job market (manufacturing, warehouse, trades) is an asset

Compensation:

- Competitive base + incentives (based on experience)
