The Customer Enrollment Representative role is centered around in-person communication, customer education, and helping individuals complete the enrollment process accurately and confidently.

Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities

- The Customer Enrollment Representative will engage with customers directly to discuss available services and identify enrollment opportunities
- Present and explain available programs while guiding customers through the enrollment and sales process
- Walk customers through enrollment steps and required information
- Answer questions and provide clear, accurate information
- Review customer information for accuracy and completeness as a Customer Enrollment Representative
- Follow up with customers regarding enrollment information
- Document customer interactions and update enrollment records
- Maintain a professional and supportive customer experience





What We're Looking For in a Customer Enrollment Representative
