Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Supervisor to lead our retail team and ensure the smooth operation of our store. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily store activities, manage staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive sales, optimize merchandising, and uphold high standards of store presentation. Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer experiences
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through effective training and performance management
- Oversee merchandising and product placement to maximize sales and enhance store appearance
- Manage inventory purchasing, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to meet sales targets
- Handle cash transactions, POS (Point of Sale) systems, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures accurately
- Conduct recruiting efforts, interview candidates, and participate in onboarding new employees
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional displays to attract customers and boost sales
- Maintain organizational standards through diligent bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and store procedures





Qualifications

- Proven supervising or retail management experience with a strong background in team leadership
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement
- Demonstrated expertise in retail sales, merchandising, pricing strategies, and sales management
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff is highly desirable
- Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, marketing techniques, and store purchasing processes
- Exceptional customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to manage time efficiently while overseeing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Pay: $18.25-$21.00 per hour
