AU Living Building Construction Ltd. is currently hiring experienced Drywall Tapers / Seamfillers for ongoing projects in the Moncton, New Brunswick area.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of professional drywall taping / seamfilling experience
- Must be able to work independently without supervision
- Must be experienced with Level 4 drywall finishing
- Able to complete taping, coating, corner beads, inside/outside corners, sanding, touch-ups and repairs
- Must produce clean, professional work ready for paint
- Must be reliable, punctual and able to meet project schedules
- Must have your own basic taping tools
- Must be able to work well independently and as part of a construction team

Responsibilities

- Complete drywall taping and seamfilling from start to finish
- Apply tape and multiple coats as required
- Install and finish corner beads
- Sand and complete final touch-ups
- Identify and repair deficiencies




- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Complete assigned areas according to project schedule

Compensation

Competitive hourly or piece-work rates based on experience and ability.
