Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a driven, outgoing Outside Sales Representative who’s excited to help restaurant owners thrive. You bring strong communication and organizational skills, a positive attitude, and a growth mindset.

Our ideal candidate has:

- A strong track record in sales, with experience in cold outreach, prospecting, and closing new business.
- Consistent quota overachievement and notable results, such as top team rankings, awards, or record months.
- A consultative approach, with the ability to understand each restaurant owner’s goals and tailor solutions to their needs.
- The discipline, resilience, and initiative to own a territory and deliver results independently.




- Enthusiasm for working in the field and building relationships face-to-face.

Experience working in or selling to the service industry is a plus—please highlight it on your resume.

What you’ll do

- Research and prospect restaurants across the GTA to identify businesses that would benefit from SpeedyFeast.
- Own the full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing, with a focus on current business.
- Conduct at least 3–4 in-person meetings per day with restaurant owners, demonstrating the platform and tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Manage a defined territory, typically within a 30–60 minute radius.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff and set each restaurant up for success.
- Bring accountability, professionalism, and consistent execution to the sales team.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
