Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Driver to join our agile warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and organize inventory within the warehouse. Your expertise will ensure smooth order fulfillment, accurate stock management, and safe working conditions. Duties

- Safely operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport goods throughout the warehouse
- Perform heavy lifting of materials while adhering to safety protocols and ergonomic standards
- Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update stock records accurately
- Assist with order picking processes by selecting products based on order specifications and preparing items for shipment
- Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and other equipment to ensure optimal functionality and report any maintenance needs
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic repairs when necessary




- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock in designated areas, ensuring efficient space utilization

Requirements

- Proven experience operating forklifts, clamp trucks, and other material handling machinery in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and inventory management systems
- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment functions and perform basic troubleshooting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during daily operations
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying inventory quantities
- Experience with order picker machines for accurate order fulfillment
- Knowledge of safety standards related to forklift operation and warehouse work environments
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures consistently

Pay: $18.25-$24.82 per hour
