Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of t sales, and the ability to engage customers through product demos and upselling techniques. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales expertise within a fast-paced retail environment, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations, highlighting features and benefits
- Utilize technical sales skills to educate customers about our offerings, including Bath Fitter products.
- Perform merchandising duties to ensure attractive and organized displays
- Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or follow-ups
- Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers effectively during shifts
- Ensure your environment remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail sales, construction sales, or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, are a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, Ipad systems, cash handling, and basic math skills required
- Experience with product demos, upselling, and merchandising is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service with professionalism and courtesy
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills necessary for engaging with diverse customers
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
