Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a secure and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Utilize commercial cleaning supplies and equipment effectively to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks as needed to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Maintain custodial supplies inventory and report any shortages or needed supplies to management.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures while performing cleaning duties.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any issues or concerns related to facilities maintenance.




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or requests from building occupants promptly.

Requirements

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout the workday.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required by the job.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of responsibiliTY
