The Royal Mayfair Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Member Services team as Back Shop Attendants for the remainder of the 2026 golf season.

Established in 1922, Royal Mayfair Golf Club is one of Edmonton’s longest-standing private clubs. Located in Edmonton’s river valley just minutes from downtown, the Club is known for its world-class playing conditions and exceptional member experience. Most recently, Royal Mayfair proudly hosted the 2026 CPKC Women’s Open, welcoming many of the best golfers in the world.

The Position

This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain experience working in the golf industry and a private club environment. Previous golf or customer service experience is not required. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and willingness to learn.

As a Backshop Attendant, you will be part of the team responsible for creating a welcoming and seamless experience for our members and guests from the moment they arrive at the Club.

Responsibilities may include:





- Greeting and assisting members and guests
- Handling, organizing and cleaning golf clubs and bags
- Preparing golf carts and other equipment for daily use
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the backshop and surrounding areas
- Providing friendly and attentive service to members and guests
- Completing other duties as required by the Member Services team

The ideal candidate:

- Has a friendly, positive and professional attitude
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Is dependable and willing to learn
- Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Is available for a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Has strong availability throughout September and October
