Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks following standardized recipes.
- Handle cash and credit card payments with proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and preparation.
- Restock supplies as needed and assist in food preparation tasks when required.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.

Requirements

- Previous Barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and measuring ingredients accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
