Job Responsibilities:

Lenmark Industries is currently accepting applications for a full time Inventory Specialist. Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will include:

Duties:

- Coordinate the daily activities of inventory control personnel
- Monitor inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures
- Ensure inventory locations are organized and accurately maintained
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Plan and conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory counts
- Calculating the costs of orders




- Compiling inventory reports
- Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks
- Performing various administrative functions
- Preparing inventory costs, retail pricing, and profit reports
- Providing customer service
- Reconciling physical inventories with digital records
- Recording the quantity, type, and value of stock on hand using computerized or manual inventory systems
- Verifying stock availability from current inventories

Skills:

- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar inventory management software
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00-$38.40 per hour
