Summary of Position:

We're looking for a reliable, safety-minded Warehouse Assistant to join our day team at our Brampton (Headquarters) facility. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced distribution environment where accuracy, ownership, and teamwork matter.

You'll work an 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, alongside an onsite team and management. You won't be working in isolation, our crew is collaborative and leads are present and engaged.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

- Participate in Coldhaus Direct’s daily inbound or outbound warehouse operations
- Operating forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and in accordance with Coldhaus safety standards
- Quality control to ensure accuracy of put aways and proper securement of product
- Receive, check in and put away inbound stock in a timely and accurate manner
- Replenish picking locations following FIFO and unload inbound trailers
- Work within our fulfillment department for major brand order processing and fulfillment
- Assist customers at our facility for pickups and drop offs
- Help maintain our AA BRC rating, the highest food grade certification available
- Supporting the team with additional tasks as operations require





Minimum Qualifications:

- Availability to work Monday-Friday
- Ability to work with a mix of alcoholic and non-alcoholic products
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly; comfortable on your feet for the duration of a shift (Most cases weigh between 20-25lbs each)
- 2–3 years of warehouse or distribution centre experience
- Valid forklift certification (preferred - Coldhaus is willing to invest)
- Walkie and reach truck certification (preferred - Coldhaus is willing to invest)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- A safety-first mindset, you follow safe operating habits and look out for your team
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed when needed
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
- Secondary School education (preferred)

Our Facility:

Our Brampton warehouse spans 150,000 sq ft and is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The facility operates across mixed temperature zones, the majority of the space is ambient (room temperature), with a dedicated refrigerated section.

Coldhaus Direct is BRC certified and operates as a federally licensed and bonded facility. Our team handles both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products,



and all warehouse staff are expected to understand and comply with the compliance obligations that come with working in a regulated, bonded environment. If you have prior experience in a licensed alcohol warehouse or bonded facility, we want to hear from you.
