Job Summary:
Brad’s Lawn Care Ltd. is looking for reliable and experienced Snow Removal Sidewalk Crew Lead to join our winter operations team. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently operate snow removal equipment to keep commercial and residential properties clear and safe during the winter season. (Ask about our SEASON BONUS)

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate snow removal equipment such as RTV & sidewalk tractor. Ability to operate salter.
- Clear snow and apply salt/sand to sidewalks & walkways.
- Perform pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Respond promptly to snow and ice events—available for on-call, early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts as required.
- Work safely and efficiently in challenging winter conditions.
- Communicate with dispatch and team members regarding site completion and any issues.

Qualifications:





- Experience operating snow removal equipment (required).
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours during weather events.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.

- Snow plowing: 3 years (preferred)
