HR Tech Recruiter / HR Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Tech Recruiter / HR Administrator to join a rapidly growing technology company.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys recruitment but also understands that successful hiring goes beyond simply filling positions. You will play an important role in building structured hiring processes, setting clear expectations, establishing KPIs and performance targets, and ensuring the company hires and retains strong talent.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and hiring managers to recruit talent across Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, while also supporting day-to-day HR administration.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting and sourcing through interviews, offers and onboarding
- Recruit for positions across Engineering, Marketing, Sales and other corporate functions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals and other recruitment channels
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership
- Develop strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support salary discussions and offer negotiations
- Ensure candidates are a strong fit for both the role and the company's culture and business objectives

HR Administration & Employee Support

- Maintain accurate employee and recruitment records
- Prepare employment documentation and onboarding materials
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with HR policies, procedures and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
- Provide administrative HR support as required

Performance & Hiring Processes

- Work with leadership to establish clear KPIs, quotas,



targets and deadlines for recent hires
- Ensure job descriptions clearly outline responsibilities and performance expectations
- Help create structured hiring and onboarding processes
- Ensure employees understand expectations from day one
- Support managers with documentation and performance-related processes
- Help develop processes that support employee accountability and long-term retention

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR administration or a similar role
- Experience recruiting within a technology environment is strongly preferred
- Experience recruiting for Engineering, Sales and Marketing positions
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and full-cycle recruitment
- Experience working with KPIs, quotas, targets and performance expectations
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident when interacting with candidates, employees and leadership
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Comfortable working both in-office and in a hybrid environment
- Strong business judgment and the ability to balance employee experience with the company's best interests
