Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items with speed and consistency, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning to streamline kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and handling protocols.
- Serve food promptly to guests at the line or pass station, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Follow all health regulations and safety procedures to uphold a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.




- Collaborate with team members to manage high-volume periods efficiently while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues promptly.

Skills

FOOD HANDLERS PERMIT IS A MUST

- Proven experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or similar food industry roles demonstrating strong cooking skills.
- Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper meal preparation techniques.
- Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation.
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and sanitation standards essential for efficient operations.
- Strong teamwork ethic with effective communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
- Passion for learning new recipes and techniques to continually improve culinary skills.
