Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mobile Phone Technician/Store Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mobile devices, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet customer expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and mobile device technologies, along with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile devices.
- Repair and replace faulty components using hand tools and specialized equipment.
- Conduct thorough testing of devices to ensure proper functionality post-repair.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and answering questions.
- Stay updated on the latest mobile technology trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and customer satisfaction.




- Attend to the customer Walk-ins for the other product and services as well.

Experience

- Proficiency in computer hardware and operating systems, including MacOS, iOS, and Windows.
- Familiarity with schematics for mobile devices.
- Strong software troubleshooting skills to resolve various technical issues.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus to enhance customer interactions.
- Ability to work effectively with hand tools for repairs on mobile devices.
- Previous experience as a technician or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
