We are a fast-grow accounting firm looking for bookkeeper/Junior accountant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Mandarin is a must
- Full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll administration
- Ensure accurate weekly payroll and adjustments
- Review Employee timesheets prior to processing
- Execute weekly Payroll for all companies as required
- Perform month-end reporting
- Matching invoicing to receiving
- Input Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Perform reconciliations
- Extract employee related data from the payroll system and produce statistical summaries, special and ad-hoc reports
- Maintain employee files and ensure the confidentiality of all payroll records
- Work cross functionally with other offices to resolve potential payroll issues

Qualifications:





- Completed university Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1 years of work experience in accounting
- Must be highly accurate and willing to take responsibility for various accounting issues.
- Strong work ethic, diligent, committed and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce work that demonstrates attention to detail;
