WindsorEvents.ca is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to take ownership of the development and continued evolution of our custom internal business platform.

Our existing system is built in Bubble and supports core areas of our business, including operations, sales, marketing, project management, communications, and reporting.

We're looking for someone with the technical depth to work within an established application, understand business requirements, design effective solutions, and independently carry projects through development, testing, deployment, and documentation.

This is not a website-development or basic Bubble MVP role. We're looking for someone with experience building complex, production-grade internal business systems.

What You'll Do

- Own ongoing development and technical architecture of our Bubble application
- Design scalable data structures, workflows, automations, and business logic
- Build internal dashboards, reporting, and business-intelligence tools
- Develop and improve CRM, sales, project-management, and operational systems
- Build and maintain API integrations with third-party platforms
- Improve marketing data, conversion-tracking, and reporting infrastructure
- Develop internal communication and workflow tools
- Manage technical scoping, development, testing, QA, and releases
- Maintain clear documentation of system architecture, data models, major workflows, and integrations
- Identify technical debt, performance issues, and opportunities to improve reliability and scalability

What We're Looking For

Strong Bubble experience is required.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have experience with:

- Complex Bubble applications
- Internal business systems, ERPs, or operational software
- CRM and sales systems
- Business-intelligence and executive dashboards
- Project-management or workflow systems
- Data architecture and reporting
- REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations




- Marketing technology and conversion tracking

Experience with Meta APIs, marketing attribution, or email/communications systems is an asset.

The Ideal Candidate

You are someone who can be given a business problem and take ownership of determining how technology should solve it.

You should be comfortable entering an existing application, understanding its architecture, identifying risks and opportunities, and recommending improvements without unnecessarily rebuilding systems that already work.

We're looking for someone who:

- Thinks in systems rather than isolated features
- Is solid in application architecture and data modeling
- Can translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Makes sound technical decisions independently
- Communicates technical concepts and tradeoffs clearly
- Takes ownership without requiring detailed build instructions
- Cares about documentation and maintainability
- Can balance rapid development with long-term system quality

Experience building software that is actually used to run the day-to-day operations of a business is particularly valuable.

Role Structure

- Part-time, approximately 5–10 hours per week initially
- Remote
- $55–$70 CAD/hour, depending on experience
- Opportunity for increased responsibility and hours as our technology needs grow
