Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pizzaiolo to join our vibrant culinary team. Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards
- Handle food preparation tasks such as dough stretching, topping assembly, and ingredient portioning
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including pizza stations and food handling zones
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Assist in managing inventory levels of ingredients, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently executing meal preparation tasks
- Follow all health regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices

Experience





- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly with pizza or similar cuisine preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen safety standards
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and best practices in a commercial kitchen setting
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
- Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the food industry or culinary training is advantageous but not mandatory

Compensation includes average tips of $3-5/hr

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
