We have built a reputation for not only our pies, but our amazing team and customer service. Behind the scenes, we work hard as a team to ensure the highest quality pies are being made.

As a Production Cook you will be making our delicious signature savoury pies in a large scale production kitchen. You enjoy working on your own as well as in a small team, and have a good eye for detail and cleanliness, and are able to maintain a strong pace.

24-28 hours/week with 6 to 8 hour shifts

Requirements:

- Restaurant/food handling experience preferred, but willing to train the right person should you be detail oriented and driven
- Thrives in a fast paced workplace
- Ability to set and maintain a strong pace
- Take care and pride in yourself (and your work!)
- Abides by and understands BC Food Safe standards and practices
- Must be able to lift up to 20kg
- Physical fitness is an asset to the role

Main Duties:

- Prepares pies and rolls with efficiency and accuracy,



following established methods and production guidelines.
- Meets hourly and daily targets for pie and roll production to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of freezer par levels.
- Monitors quality and consistency of dough and fillings
- Maintains clean and organized work spaces and storage areas
- Ensure that all safety and food handling procedures are met to according to Food Safe BC and Peaked Pies standards.
