Express Employment Professionals Regina is currently looking to add an Employment/Recruiting Specialist to our office's internal team! The Employment Specialist is a critical player in an Express Employment Professionals office. The Employment Specialist is responsible for bringing in recent candidates for interviewing, filling active job orders and handling administrative functions (data entry, simple payroll functions, database management). The ideal candidate would possess excellent people skills, phone comfortability/ettiquate and a positive upbeat personality!

Job Duties:

- Conduct interviews, onboard new candidates & place new and existing associates in open job vacancies.
- Provide back end support to sales staff by assisting in filling job orders from new & existing clients.
- Assist in managing existing clients.
- Provide ongoing coaching to candidates/associates.
- Anticipate potential client needs and some provide inside sales support to our clients.
- Work closely with other employment specialist in bringing in top candidates in various fields.
- Perform quality control checks with clients regarding new and actively working associates.
- Provide support to other staff as needed.
- Assist team with office admin duties.

Job Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment,



HR administrator or similar Human Resources oriented role.
- Experience in a staffing agency environment is a major asset.
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Detail & results/goal oriented, ability to manage tight deadlines is a must
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Core computer literacy with windows platforms.
- Ability to multitask.
