Our Global Wealth & Asset Management (GWAM) Internship Program provides students with an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience supporting wealth management and investment professionals in delivering exceptional client service. As an Investment Counsel Support Intern, you will assist with reporting, research, presentations, and operational activities that support investment counselling and portfolio management teams. Support the preparation of client presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Assist with research on market trends, economic developments, and investment-related topics. Help maintain client and operational documentation. Support reporting, data analysis, and business process initiatives.
Collaborate with team members on projects that enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Contribute to special projects and other ad hoc assignments. Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
Robust interest in wealth management, investments, or financial services. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Exposure to wealth management and investment counselling.
Mentorship and career development through Manulife's internship program. 40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions,
