Duties
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a skilled, friendly, and efficient manner
- Assist with the setup, decoration, and breakdown of banquet spaces to meet event specifications
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained during food handling and service
- Attend to guest inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service throughout the event
- Support food preparation activities as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas,
adhering to hygiene protocols in food handling and general sanitation
- Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to coordinate timely delivery of services and ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, demonstrating familiarity with food service operations
- Experience in hospitality is advantageous, highlighting adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Strong communication skills coupled with a proactive attitude to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Pay: From $17.60 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
