Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch, with specialty and predominant focus in investment advice and experiences Requires deep knowledge and expertise of investment products; with in-depth knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending, day-to-day banking, and all other TD products and services Ask thoughtful questions to uncover and understand Customer needs, owning solutions that align to mandate and bringing in an expert for needs outside of capability Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and by answering questions and providing advice Act as a subject matter expert in the branch for both customers and colleagues regarding all products, services, policies, and procedures of TD – especially regarding both personal banking and business banking products/services or policies/procedures owned within the Branch Maintain a professional and inviting space in all common areas of the branch, adhering to premises, marketing, and/or regulatory guidelines, paying attention to the office spaces in which the Senior Personal Banker – Investing occupies Consistently engage in proactive customer outreach (via phone, email, etc.)
