We are hiring for a Full-Time Bakery Manager with a wage range of $50,000 - $60,000 at our location in Edmonton, AB. (Lead Bakery Team to Bake and score traditional bread and bakery products Operate bakery equipment (i.e. commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer) Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts Schedule Bakery Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team Train, develop, and motivate Bakery Team Members Resolve customer and Bakery Department concerns and complaints,
