ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS (Knowledge, Skill and Experience)

- -Graduate of two-year approved -Medical Office Assistant Program from a recognized Community college (or equivalent).
- -Two years experience working in a hospital emergency department or medical office
- - High comprehension of Medical terminology required
- -Computer/Technical skills: Demonstrated keyboarding proficiency and demonstrated knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet functions.
- -Must be able to work day, afternoon and night shifts with minimal call-in notice.
- -Demonstrated knowledge Oracle (Cerner) a definite asset.
- -Demonstrated qualified telephone skills.
- -Satisfactory attendance.
