Your role will focus on enhancing customer experiences and driving sales through expert service. As a Sales Help Keyholder, you'll help energize the store by fostering a passion for our fan-driven products. You will guide customers to find the ideal items that express their personal style while meeting performance targets and maintaining a tidy retail setting. This position values strong communication and teamwork. Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve store revenue through exceptional customer service
- Display merchandise according to store visual guidelines
- Manage and assist with store inventory processes
- Support adherence to LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and standards
- Complete other assigned store duties as necessary Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds occasionally
- Experience operating computer and POS systems
