Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:

- Write test cases
- Perform functional and acceptance tests
- Ensure that incidents and requests are handled according to established procedures
- Ensure that the deadlines of the mandates under his/her responsibility are respected
- Ensure knowledge transfer to internal resources in accordance with the knowledge transfer plan
- Communicate the progress of the work, possible solutions and issues that may compromise deadlines or the completion of mandates.

The profile you are looking for is as follows:

- Hold a college diploma (DEC) in computer science, administration (management computer science option) or equivalent training
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in application testing, including writing and performing functional or acceptance tests
- Have experience testing on iOS and Android mobile platforms
- Experience in testing CRM solutions and Microsoft's Power Platform (an asset)
- Have at least six (6) months' experience in a government or para-governmental organization (an asset).
