We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who excels in providing comprehensive client service.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of accounts and support clients with their personal insurance needs. Full-time, permanent Replacement Deliver comprehensive, expert service to clients Manage renewals and process endorsements efficiently Assess risk exposures and recommend tailored insurance solutions Guide clients through the claims process with confidence and care 3+ years of Personal Lines brokerage experience Technical & Interpersonal Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (required) Experience with EPIC, Compu-Quote,



and broker portals considered an asset Strong commitment to professionalism and delivering expert service to clients Compensation is based on a full time 35-hour work week and will be dependent upon the successful candidate’s qualifications and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. It includes variable commissions and potential performance-based bonus.
