We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team at the Eland Warehouse located in Mississauga, Ontario.

We are looking for an individual that is committed to getting the job done, is a team player with excellent communication skills (fluent in English) and takes initiative. This position is based out at our Canada location, reports to the General Manager, and is a permanent full-time position 8:00am to 4:30pm.



Accounting data entry using QuickBooks.

Accounts payable (EFT and cheques). Accounts receivable (invoicing) and collections. Auditing expenses including contract labour. Communicating with clients, vendors regarding outstanding accounts. Performs administrative tasks as needed.

Performs other related accounting duties as assigned. 2+ years in accounting and finance. ~ Experience in Logistics and Warehousing environment a plus but not required. ~ Excellent typing and computer skills (Outlook, Word). ~ Fluent in English (oral and written) with excellent communication skills. ~ Managerial experience an asset. #
