This hands-on role involves reviewing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling vendor accounts while working closely with finance colleagues in a cooperative setting. Your contributions will be pivotal to the company’s success in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full-cycle Accounts Payable for multiple brands
- Process and review merchandise and non-merchandise invoices
- Manage vendor payments via various methods
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in vendor accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial tasks Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years in Accounts Payable
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience required
- Strong skills in invoice processing and vendor reconciliations
