The Campus
Manager provides overall leadership, operational oversight, spiritual direction, and program accountability for the campus. This role ensures the program operates in a safe, structured, Christ-centered, and transformational environment while maintaining organizational standards, accreditation requirements, and provincial and federal compliance obligations. Hire, train, lead, supervise, and support campus staff and volunteers Conduct staff meetings, coaching, performance reviews, and development planning Support conflict resolution and team communication Support crisis management and behavioural interventions when required Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and organizational policies Maintain provincial and federal health and safety standards Oversee incident management, emergency procedures, and risk mitigation Ensure proper medication procedures, facility safety, and workplace practices are followed Oversee campus operations, transportation, maintenance coordination,
and facility needs Budget accountability and responsible stewardship of building and resources Support fundraising and financial revenue sources Support admissions, discharge planning, and communication with regional leadership Spiritual Leadership Model Christ-centered leadership and healthy spiritual maturity Foster an environment of discipleship, prayer, restoration, and personal growth Support chapel services, devotions, outreach opportunities, and spiritual mentorship Community & Family Relations Build healthy relationships with churches, referral partners, families, and community supports Represent the organization professionally within the community Leadership experience in addiction recovery, ministry, social services, or residential care considered an asset Bachelors degree in a relevant field required (Ministry, Business, Addiction Services) Masters degree considered an asset Secure food handling certificate required Personal Competencies Understanding of addiction recovery, trauma, and behavioural support Willing and able to take and complete assigned training and development.
Travel as required to other locations or within the community as required for work purposes The work environment reflects the Christ-centered mission of Adult & Teen Challenge, where staff collaborate in ministry-focused work that supports individuals on their recovery journey.
