Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Surrey, BC. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, including managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling correspondence.

The Administrative

Assistant will organize and maintain files, prepare documents, support scheduling and calendar management, and assist with data entry and basic record-keeping.



The role may also include supporting executive-level tasks, coordinating meetings, and helping with general office operations to ensure an efficient and skilled workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong administrative assistance and clerical skills to manage documentation, filing, scheduling, and general office support.
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle calls, emails, and in-person interactions with clients and partners.
- Experience with executive administrative assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential information handling.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic data entry skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, prioritize workload, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and a customer-focused mindset; prior experience in financial services or insurance is an asset.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an advantage.
