Site: Shared Health - MATC - 228 Maryland Department / Unit: Comm Child & Adolescent Treatment Serv Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Anticipated Shift: Days;Evenings Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations. Two years’ experience in a health/medical related workplace.
Experience with Dictaphone, medical transcription, and medical terminology preferred. formal training in applied office skills is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Databases. Switchboard/reception experience.
Keyboarding speed of 50 wpm with excellent typing skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and independently complete a variety of administrative and receptionist duties.
Dependent upon location, may be required to work one day a week from 10:00 am – 6::00 pm.
This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
