- Oversee the CO-OP interview process each term
- Coordinate ranking and matching of students to jobs
- Manage job postings based on eligibility and program
- Develop relationships with employers for job opportunities
- Train junior staff and assist with outreach projects Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in administration or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years in customer service roles
- Bilingual in French and English (oral and written)
