This role is responsible for the strategic leadership, optimization, and growth of our Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS) portfolio.

This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure DMS products are commercially sound, well-positioned in market, and effectively enabled across the organization. Evaluate portfolio performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, or rationalization Identify gaps in the portfolio and source new strategic partners or solutions that enhance our marketing solutions offering Revenue & Performance Develop packaging and bundling strategies that increase client value and support multi-product adoption Manage key vendor relationships and commercial agreements to ensure strong performance and alignment Establish clear expectations, performance standards, and regular business reviews with partners Make recommendations on vendor renewals, renegotiations,



or exits based on performance and strategic fit Oversee development of sales enablement tools, training, and solution positioning Align with Finance on forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, sales, or solutions leadership ~ Experience managing digital marketing product portfolios, partnerships, or vendor ecosystems ~ Proven ability to drive revenue growth and product adoption, with a track record of translating strategy into execution that increases market penetration, accelerates sales performance, and delivers measurable business impact. ~ A product-minded operator with a commercial lens. A strong cross-functional leader who can align Sales, Marketing, and Product around a unified go-to-market strategy and ensure consistent execution. ~ Data-driven and outcome-oriented, with the ability to define, track, and optimize KPIs that directly tie to adoption, performance, and revenue growth. ~ A champion of innovation and experimentation, fostering a culture where testing, learning, and iterating are part of how the team operates, not the exception. ~ Customer-obsessed, with a deep understanding that strong products are built around real customer needs, market demand, and usability in the field. ~ Sales-minded and field-connected, able to step into the shoes of a seller, understand client conversations, and ensure the team is equipped with transparent, compelling positioning.
