Duties

- Perform injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures with precision and care.
- Provide thorough consultations to understand client goals, explain treatment options, and set realistic expectations.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols before, during, and after procedures to ensure a sterile environment.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere, addressing questions, and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit.
- Assist with product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare products, makeup application techniques, and other aesthetic services.




- Support retail sales by upselling complementary treatments and skincare products that enhance results and client satisfaction.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and maintaining accurate records of treatments performed.

Qualifications

- Valid state licensure or certification to perform aesthetic injections (e.g., RN, NP, PA) with relevant training in cosmetic injectables.
- Proven experience in aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, or similar treatments preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly and confidently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters trust and rapport.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a clean treatment environment.
- Experience in retail sales or guest services is highly desirable to support upselling efforts.
- Additional skills in body waxing, hair styling, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care or hospitality are a plus to enhance client experience.
