Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll be able to do:
- Elicitate, translate and document business and stakeholder needs according to the intended objectives;
- Define and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders;
- Propose target business processes and work procedures in relation to the solutions to be implemented;
- Complete elicitation, documentation and prioritization of business needs and requirements;
- Document functional, non-functional and transitional requirements;
- Ensure collaboration between delivery teams and customers to maximize the value of delivered solutions;
- Model target business processes according to organizational needs;
- Write work procedures and user stories;
- Analyze and recommend effective and effective ways of working;
- Align solutions and products with business needs and strategic directions;
- Perform financial, value-added and organizational impact analyses related to projects;
- Prepare and present executive content for projects and products under his/her responsibility;
- Share best practices in business analysis and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and deliveries;
- Perform impact analyses on processes and systems during changes or business opportunities;
- Update business processes and work procedures as required.
The profile you are looking for is as follows:
- Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in business analysis related to the definition of business solutions;
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in business analysis in the context of information technology projects carried out in agile mode;
- Master BABOK-compliant business analysis practices and techniques;
- Be familiar with BPMN 2.0 business process modeling methods;
- Use the Enterprise Architect tool at a basic level;
- Hold an IIBA certification or comparable certification.
