Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is seeking a Manager, A&A; Commercial and Small Business Underwriting to lead a regional underwriting team. The role focuses on preparing explicit loan narratives for credit proposals and ensuring timely, high-quality risk assessments.

You will mentor staff and collaborate with Credit Risk, Operations and sales teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in commercial lending, and strong communication skills.
