- Report on Business 2025 rankings. Reporting to the Lead Analyst, Business Systems Reporting, the Analyst, Business Systems Enablement supports the development and implementation of system processes, policies, and procedures. The role focuses on improving efficiency by streamlining workflows, reducing manual tasks, and ensuring accurate client data entry across multiple business systems. This data directly impacts both client-facing and internal platforms. The Analyst also ensures requests are completed in alignment with service standards, while contributing to quality control, automation initiatives, and departmental projects that enhance overall system performance.

Client Data Management

Ensure accurate and timely entry of client-related data across multiple business systems. Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation, reconciliation,



and quality control processes. Monitor and resolve data discrepancies that affect client-facing platforms and internal operation. Support the development and implementation of internal system enablement policies and procedures. Participate in system testing, configuration, and rollout of current features or updates.

Process

Improvement & Automation Contribute to the development of automation tools and scripts in collaboration with technical teams. Ensure adherence to data governance policies and regulatory requirements Identify and escalation risks related to data accuracy, system integrity, or process failures. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or a related field. ~2+ years’ experience in a customer/client-service facing role. ~ Experience in the wealth management or other regulated industry is a strong asset. ~ Advanced Excel proficiency with expertise in handling large data sets and performing complex comparisons for analysis and insight. ~ Demonstrate a high level of accountability, reliability, adaptability, and innovation in accomplishing day to day work and long-term goals. ~ an ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively, across multiple mediums (in-person, over the phone, and virtually). ~ Wellington-Altus Private Wealth is strongly committed to equity and diversity within its community and welcomes applications from women, racialized persons, Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, and persons of all sexual orientations and genders.
