As an Animal Care Advisor (Fish/Reptiles), you help customers find the right products and better understand their pets’ needs. You mainly cover: fish and reptiles — aquariums, terrariums, water, and environment.

You keep aisles and displays tidy. You also take part in cleaning and maintenance for your department — cages, habitats, and animals — as practiced in the store, and work with the department lead and the rest of the team.

This is a hands‑on role focused on advice, availability, and enjoying work with animals and pet lovers.

- Genuine interest in animals in the Fish/Reptiles department.
- Comfortable with customer service.
- Adaptable availability, including weekends as needed.

Preferred qualifications

- Experience in a pet store, retail, or animal care.
- Basic knowledge of Fish/Reptiles.
- Able to advise in French (English is an asset).
