We are seeking an experienced Anodizing Line Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with anodizing processes and be responsible for operating and maintaining the anodizing line to ensure high-quality metal finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate anodizing line equipment for aluminum or metal parts
- Prepare parts for anodizing (cleaning, racking, masking)
- Monitor chemical baths, temperatures, and processing times
- Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality
- Perform routine inspections and quality checks
- Maintain chemical levels and report any issues
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with loading and unloading materials

Requirements:

- Previous experience with anodizing line or metal finishing
- Knowledge of anodizing processes and chemicals
- Ability to read work orders and specifications
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
- Physically fit (lifting, standing for long periods)
- Understanding of workplace safety practices
